Entries must be uploaded to www.totalblacktv.com/myview by the competition deadline date (Saturday,June 7, 2008). Names, birth date(s), and contact information of all contestants must be provided or the entry cannot be accepted. (Please email all your contact info to promotions@totalblacktv.com)
TERMS: By submitting your video, you are agreeing to let TOTALBLACKTV.COM post your video to our site and any other uses TBTV deems appropriate, including broadcast or electronic media (e.g., television, radio); and Internet websites, of which TBTV does not and cannot control the use or misuse of the my image after publication on the website.
I release and hereby agree to hold TBTV and its agents and employees free and harmless from any and all liability arising out of the photography, filming, videotaping and/or interview information. I understand that my permission must be granted for any published use of specific photographs, videos, or other material in which I can be individually identified. I understand these will be used with my consent, which I hereby give freely, and I assume full responsibility.
I also understand that this consent to public disclosure and waiver of confidentiality is being made solely for the benefit of TBTV and without any expectation of compensation.
JUDGING:
The final 7 contestants (groups) with the most votes will be judged by a panel of 3 judges. Contestants will be adjudicated against a point system. All decisions of the judges are final.
